🚀 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery Time: Takes 4 to 5 working days (guaranteed first delivery attempt within 7 to 10 working days).
Couriers: FedEx, DHL, or Aramex.
Important Note: Delivery promises do not include Sundays, holidays (in India or your country), customs delays, or changes you make with the courier.

Delivery Method: Sent via India Post (EMS/Speed Post) and delivered by your country’s national postal service.
Important Note: The delivery date given is just an estimate. Actual delivery depends on your local post office.

Shipping Fees: Based on the weight of your package and where it is going. You will see the final cost at checkout. Express shipping costs Rs. 1,999/-.
Customs and Taxes: Srrieya Luxe Aart pays all Indian export taxes. However, you must pay any customs duties or local taxes required by your country. You will pay this cash directly to the delivery person.
Price Differences: The final amount on your bank statement might look slightly different than the checkout price due to currency exchange rates and bank fees.

Late Express Delivery: If your Express package arrives late, Voylla will refund you the difference between the Express and Standard shipping costs.
Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t get it, you must tell us within 4 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
No Changes After Shipping: Once your package is handed over to the courier, we cannot change or modify your order. Address changes are only possible if the courier company agrees to it.
International Returns: For orders shipped outside of India, the 10-day replacement warranty only covers items with manufacturing defects.
